On November 13-14, 2021, Social Foundation President Dharmendra Kumar visited Prayagraj as part of our strategic expansion initiative. Accompanied by Ravi Kumar, a research student from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, this visit aimed to establish new partnerships and extend our organizational reach.
The visit included a significant meeting with Dr. Avadhesh Narayan, Associate Professor at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Prayagraj. This academic partnership opened opportunities for research collaboration and student engagement in social development programs.
A key component of the visit involved traveling to Dr. Narayan’s native village (Sarva Gauhan alias Sinhagad, Prayagraj district), where President Kumar addressed rural women and children associated with village self-help groups. He presented Social Foundation’s action plan and explored opportunities for program implementation in rural areas.
Additionally, meetings with Allahabad University research students and social workers expanded our network of potential collaborators and volunteers. These connections created foundation for future programs and established Social Foundation’s presence in the Prayagraj region.
